Every year we offer investors the option to complete basic yearly preventative maintenance. This is a program that owners/investors need to opt-out of if they do not wish to participate.
We call this the Fall/Spring Clean & Check.
This preventative measure checks that HVAC & mechanical systems are operating within acceptable capacity.
We offer additional services such as Comprehensive A-Coil Cleanings and Site Audit Reviews. During the site audit, we take pictures of the entire property & share the report with property owners to provide a first-hand look into the condition of the property, this information comes in very handy with it comes time for lease renewals.
We also offer services for in-ground sprinkler maintenance & other specific owner requests.
